After impressing us all with her power-packed performance, first in Baby and then in Pink,Tapsee Pannu is back in action. Just a few days ago the teaser poster of her upcoming film, Naam Shabana, a prequel to Baby got out and we just couldn't stop praising her look in the film. She again got our attention in yet another upcoming movie, Ghazi Attack's trailer, in which she is playing a refugee. And now, one of her movies, Running Shaadi is all set to release this week. Unlike all her movies until now where she played the role of a tough woman, Taapsee will be seen in a fun and comic role in Running Shaadi.

As the film gears up to hit the theatres this Friday, here's all you need to know about the movie:

1. Helmed by newbie Amit Roy and produced by Shoojit Sircar, Running Shaadi is a unique, endearing romantic comedy from the heart of small-town India, which unfolds as two young boys come up with 1 big idea, the idea of starting a website called RunningShaadi.com which will help people run away with the love of their life to get married. This website clicks instantly with the youth and then comes the absurdities of making couples elope.

2. The film stars Taapsee Pannu, Amit Sadh and Arsh Bajwa in the lead roles. While Tapsee will be seen portraying a loud-spoken, typical Punjabi girl, Nimmi, in the film, Amit Sadh is playing the character of Ram Bharose, a matric-fail, but smart and business minded young man who conceived this idea of starting a website, RunningShaadi.com. He is helped by his friend- cum-partner, Sarabjit Sadhana (Arsh Bajwa), who idolizes Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs and is quite good with computers.

3. The music of Soojit Sircar's movies (Vicky Donor, Piku, Madras Cafe and many more) has always received commercial success. The music of Running Shaadi is composed by Anupam Roy and the album was released on January 27th . With the voices of singers like Bappi Lahiri, Papon and Labh Janjua, the album is being well received by the listeners.

4. Not many of us know that Running Shaadi was the reason Taapsee Pannu got herself a role in her most successful film till date, Pink. It was during the shooting of this film that makers of Pink noticed her and offered her a role in Pink.

The film is all set to open at the box office this Friday, after battling so many delays!
