Once again, the drama is centred around a bunch of clowns staging Shakespeare, in this case, Macbeth, in this 1-hour 50-minute-long play. The play is presented in a clown format with the clowns playing the narrators and making it a situational dark comedy. Ranvir Shorey aka Macbeth or Macky B and Sujay Saple who plays Banquo steal the show with their dialogue delivery and monologues. The two clowns Julio and Pedro, are played brilliantly by Vinay Pathak and Jim Sarbh, who speaks in a funny, Italianate accent that is sure to have the audience in splits. The pair engages in a series of comic dialogues as they try to find their way home through the forest of witches using GPS.

Macbeth –What’s Done is Done is a play that will keep you hooked on to your seat till the very end. Director Rajat Kapoor treats the audience to comedy and dark wit with this play. The clownish banter between the clowns subtly shifts the focus from comedy to greed, ambition, and guilt that have become so highly engraved in modern society.
