With the hype around the Bengaluru Comedy Festival increasing as the event draws closer, it’s always a good idea to keep a tab of your favourite artists who will be performing at the much awaited event. As the city readies itself to turn into a comedy urban, the artists ready themselves with their sinister plans to make you pee your pants with laughter. With the who’s who of the nation’s comic scene descending in Bangalore city this month, here’s a lowdown on the line-up who are scheduled to indulge you in a lot of side splitting laughter.

With more than ninety thousand subscribers for his YouTube comedy channel, Abish Mathew is undoubtedly one of the most experienced and unique comedians that we have in the country today. Well known for his work with the infamously famous AIB, he is one stand up artist who is not only funny but fresh too. Thoroughly entertaining in all his acts, the Comedy Festival will just not feel the same if he does not perform!

Second on our list of favourites is the hilarious married-guy in the stand-up comedy circuit, Amit Tandon. One marriage and two kids were enough inspiration for him to take up comedy full time! Like a dedicated husband, all his jokes are for his wife and children, and this in itself gives him enough fodder to make his tomfoolery work. Through his jokes, he not only shares the pains of being a married guy in uproariously comical ways, but also make his audience keep wanting for more. At the Bengaluru Comedy Festival, he is preparing to do just that!

Known as the man of 'Pretentious Movie Reviews', Kanan Gill is also all set you woo you with his quirk at the fest. A Shahid Kapoor look alike, a stand-up comedian, a musician, a writer, a blogger and a fitness freak, this man is a lot of personalities rolled in one. When you see him up on stage, even you’ll agree that he was born to rule it, just in a very comedy shenanigan way!

Along with these artists, the ones gracing the stage will be Abijit Ganguly, Amogh Ranadive, Daniel Fernandes, Kenny Sebastian, Radhika Vaz, Papa CJ and many others. With tickets now available on popular ticketing platforms online, it’s time to gang up, put your laughing pants on and gear up for the Bengaluru Comedy Festival edition 2 with your favourite stand-up artists!
