Dangal-This movie is a bollywood sports biopic, which has got it’s every move executed to the point of perfection. Thanks to Mr Perfectionist- Aamir Khan, who has also shape-shifted to a tremendous level in order to match the intensity of the movie. It surpasses the other two prominent movies of the same genre which gave the audiences goosebumps and did justice to the sport- Iqbal and Chak De! India. Kapoor and Sons - This movie is a fantastic family drama after a very long time in bollywood. It's a treat to watch all the major characters playing their parts and fighting with the intricacies of a middle- class life. You just cannot sense the finesse with which the director Shakun Batra has narrated the predictable story if you haven’t watched the movie. The writers of the film, Shakun Batra and Ayesha Devitre Dhillon, have been successful in providing every major character a chance to flourish. Airlift- Airlift is an edge-of-the-seat entertaining thriller set in the 90’s in Kuwait. The story is based on a true event in the time of the Gulf War when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait. Akshay Kumar plays a role of a hero which is not there in our history books and the story is about the largest evacuation operation undertaken in the world where over a lakh and a half Indians were rescued by the efforts of a single man wanting to make a difference.
