Oscars 2017 saw a variety of styles, colors and dreamy fabrics on the red carpet. However, this year there wasn’t much of a style statement when it comes to experimenting with different outfits. More than the clothes, it was the accessories that really caught our eyes. Metallics, velvets and lots and lots of black is what ruled at the Oscars this year. Have a look at who won the evening with their looks and fashion even before the awards were given out.

Patel, who was nominated for actor in a supporting role for the movie Lion, looked dapper in a suit, but what really stood out was his appearance with him mom, Anita, who looked beautiful in a sari. We loved the fact that Dev got mother to accompany him as his date. Isn’t that too cute?
Talking about cuteness, how could we miss out on Sunny Pawar? The lil guy who played the younger Dev Patel in Lion looked adorable on the red carpet while he posed for the shutterbugs.
