5 Bollywood Characters Everyone Loves

Often, Bollywood films have two or three lead characters and the story more or less revolves around their lives. We have the hero and the heroine. There's also the bad guy. The lead pair often gets all the attention and there's little room for anyone else to make an impression. It is sad that this happens because the character actors can be quite amazing at times. There have been times when we have ended up loving relatively smaller characters. These characters have managed to make an impression in our minds with their great performances.
Such characters got lesser screen time but they have succeeded in winning the hearts of the audience.
Here are a few quirky Bollywood characters who made an impression, despite the limited screen time.

Aslam Bhai played by Johnny Lever
While some of us might have forgotten the movie or even its lead actors, not many can forget Aslam Bhai. After all, the man had Dubai ka chashma, Cheen ki chaddi aur Irani chai. Johnny Lever did a fantastic job playing this character and made an impact on the audience.

Khadak Singh played by Om Puri
It is sad that Om Puri is no longer with us and we miss him. We all definitely remember him for his great performances. When we reminisce about the movie Hera Pheri, Baburao was the most memorable and loved character, which was played by Paresh Rawal. Honestly, however, the movie would not have been the same without Khadak Singh. This character was loved by many and Om Puri will always be remembered for his brilliant performance in this film.

Kallu Mama played by Saurabh Shukla
Mama Kallu Mama – who doesn't remember this song? Not only was this song iconic, Kallu Mama was also one of the highlights of the movie Satya. Kallu mama is probably the first thing that comes to our mind when the movie's name is mentioned. Saurabh Shukla played this character like a boss and gave us something to remember for a very long time.

Vasooli Bhai played by Mukesh Tiwari
While Rohit Shetty's Golmaal may have lost its plot over the sequels, we are glad that it gave us a quirky character like Vasooli Bhai. A bhai who tried really hard to be a bhai but failed miserably. His character was such that everyone would take him for a ride and he would be left cribbing. He was still one of the coolest characters from the movie.

Dr. Rustam Pavri played by Kurush Deboo
Dr. Rustam and his Pappa made Munnabhai M.B.B.S an absolute delight to watch. The doctor, who was forced into writing an exam for Munnabhai, will always be remembered for his character. Kurush gave a typical nervous nerd vibe to the character and we loved his performance. Which one do you think is your personal favorite character from the above-mentioned ones?
