5 Bollywood Musicals That Delighted Music Lovers

With the Hollywood musical La La Land bagging multiple Oscar Awards at the 89th Academy Awards, one cannot underestimate the power of music to connect with audiences. There was a time when Bollywood made films with 6-10 songs in it that either served as an integral part of the plot development or were just for the sake of entertainment. We have come a long way from those olden days and now the films are not loaded as much with music and dance. But there is no turning away from the fact that good music can make a film eternal in the minds of audiences. Time and again, Bollywood has been blessed with such soulful musicals that still have to power to sway our attention at all times.
