Here are five easy exercises you can conveniently do at home without the use of any fancy gym equipment and if religiously done, you will see the desired results and feel the difference in your body in no time.

Skipping 

The jump rope must have been one of your favorites from your growing-up days but it could works wonders in burning those extra calories from your body even now. A 10-minute skipping routine can help you lose upto 150 calories.

Plank Workout

Planks give your stomach a very toned look even without the need of having to touch weights. While there are various kind of plank exercises, try sticking to the beginner ones for the initial days. Start with 30 seconds; the result will be prominent in less than a month.

Squat Exercise

From calves and legs all the way upto your hips, the squat exercise tones almost all of your lower body. Not just that, it even makes your bones stronger. Try doing two sets of 20 each, without a break for starters. Once your form is correct, you can continue doing more.

Push-ups

While there are almost 4-5 kind of push-ups that target different parts of the body. The most basic one helps you sculpt your tricep area. It may be a little difficult for beginners but once you get the hang of it, you can try the others too.

Pull-ups

Pull-up exercises work great for your biceps and back. Unfortunately, this one may be slightly difficult to do at home but not impossible. If you have a pull-up bar mount to your wall, you’re all set. Otherwise the doors also work pretty good in serving the purpose. If you need a change in place, you can make use of the sturdy trees outside your house too.
