A film that has kept popping up in the news for a while now, Hrudayantar is all set to hit cinemas this Friday. While not all films may be the next Sairat or Natsamrat, in the past few years, we’ve seen a new league of Marathi films. Films that stay away from tongue-in-cheek romcoms and tug at your emotions. At first glance, Hrudayntar seems to be one of those films that you find extremely hard to forget about.
While we can only speak more about the film once we’ve seen it on the big screen this Friday, we’ve listed down a few reasons why we think you should not miss Hrudayantar.
From designer to director
Renowned fashion designer Vikram Phadnis marks his debut as a director with Hrudayantar. While his designs have always been a hit, we will have to wait and watch if he has the eye for direction too.
An interesting line up of cameos
It was announced a few months back that Hrithik Roshan will be playing an integral cameo in the film. Apart from him, we will also see faces like Manish Paul and ace choreographer Shiamak Davar in cameo roles.
An intriguing story
The film focuses on the journey of a family that goes through a life changing event that alters their perspective on life. While your first impression may be that of just another family story, you soon realize that there is something much deeper to it.
The talented cast
The film brings together two extremely talented actors of the Marathi film industry, Mukta Barve and Subodh Bhave. The film also stars Sonali Khare, Meena Naik and child actors Trushnika Shinde and Nishtha Vaidya.
SRK launched the film
Apart from the cast members, Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan was present at the launch of the film and wished the filmmaker along with the cast and crew good luck.
