5 Ways To Look Thinner By Tonight

So, you love eating junk food, and give no importance to your diet or weight? Well, that’s fine. As much as health experts talk about the benefits of eating healthy food, it’s alright to indulge in burgers, pizzas, and ice creams as you know, YOLO. But what if you have a big event coming up, like say a best friend’s wedding or a family function? You'd want to look your best and at times, many people crash diet a few days prior to the event to look thinner. If starving isn't for you, here are ways to shed some kilos and fool people into believing that you are slimmer than you are.

Cut down on carbs

The best times to eat carbohydrates are in the morning or after a grueling workout session. If you cut down on the number of carbs you consume, you'll get rid of the bloating and look slim.

Drink loads of water

It may sound stupid but to stop retaining water, you need to consume more water. This helps in losing water weight and you will look thinner even if you haven't shed kilos.

Say 'No' to salt

Salt makes you retain water and that will make you look plumper. So, at least a day before the event, avoid foods that have a high amount of sodium in them. This means no chips or fries.

Do not chew gum

Every time you chew gum, you swallow some air, which in turn causes bloating. Even if you are addicted to chewing gum, kick the habit for at least for a day or two.

Soak in Epsom Salt

Celebrities and athletes use this method to lose weight but do note that the number on the scale won't change significantly. This isn’t a long term solution as you’ll put  the kilos back on very soon.

You can't make people cut down on carbs by showing carbs!!! Those buns looked awesome and don't even get me started on the fries.
