7 Bollywood Villains And Their Vile Costumes

What does a top villain need to give a super villainous performance?

A strong persona.
Even stronger (and evil) dialogues.
A raucous laugh.
A vile costume!
The focus is obviously on the outrageousness of his clothes. From in-your-face metallic silver to shine-till-you’re-dead gold, villains have always worn costumes that are atrocious. Whether you think of the evil stepmom from Cinderella or Kaal from Krrish 3, every villain has got a unique style that is expressed through their outfit. It’ll come as no surprise then that Sridevi, who plays a queen in Puli is sporting one, too. Here, have a look at the most vile ensembles from Bollywood’s super villains.
Evil Empress
Sridevi in Puli plays an evil empress and boy, is she looking the part! Evil she may be, but Sridevi makes a stunning queen.
Vivek Oberoi in Krrish 3 was totally in character with his deadbeat look and 28-kg costume.
Makdee, the witch
Shabana Azmi gave a stellar performance in Makdee. What was truly repulsive though was her get-up. Worked wonders for the movie’s story though.
Crime Master Gogo
Shakti Kapoor in Andaz Apna Apna is by far the funniest villain on this list! His costume, hair style and mustache are the stuff of Bollywood legends..err..villains.
Princess Suryalekha
Amrita Singh was in gold, from top to bottom, for her role Suryavanshi. And she’d put on blue hypnotic eyes. We wonder if Princess Suryalekha was Honey Singh‘s inspiration for the song ‘Blue eyes’!
Jadugar Kamlak
Jadugar Kamlak looks like the ultimate villain. Amrish Puri in Hatim Tai made heads turn. And no, we aren’t talking about the human skull on the stick!
Amrish Puri‘s look in Mr. India and his line “Mogambo khush hua!” are timeless. The dull gold hair, the brocade jacket and the killer expressions all added to the persona.
When you’re done laughing, you may want to pass on the joke. Jaldi share karo, varna Crime Master Gogo aa jayega! 😛
