Shahid Kapoor first wanted to be an actor when he was 20 years old. He appeared in Aryans‘ music video "Aankhon Mein". Although that wasn’t his first time facing the camera. If you’ve forgotten, we’d like to remind you that the cute Complan boy from the 90s was Shahid. Did you know that he was also a part of Shiamak Davar‘s dance group and was one of the extra dancers in Taal? At 20, he was lanky and did not fit the profile of the Indian hero. His break came in the form of Ken Ghosh‘s Ishq Vishk. When Shahid Kapoor made his debut in Bollywood, he was instantly loved and won that year’s Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. Since then, he has only worked harder and played some very interesting characters. The diversity in Shahid’s work is visible. The films and characters he has played have been a good mix of different personalities. From the shy guy to the college dude, he has played every kind of Hindi hero.
