With critically-acclaimed movies like The Danish Girl, The Theory of Everything and Les Miserables to his credit, Eddie Redmayne impressed us as an actor and also gained worldwide popularity. Among four siblings, he is the only one with any connection to the film industry. He studied at Eton alongside Prince William and although he took art, he performed in a lot of school productions sometimes dressed as a girl (it was an all-boys college). A mix of English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh ancestry, he made his big-screen debut with 2006 Like Minds but it took him a dozen more movies until Les Miserables came along and he established himself on the global map.
It wasn't until Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them came along that he could be extremely adorable. We absolutely loved him as Newt Scamander and we are so glad that there are going to be four more movies. But that hasn't been the only time he could be compared to a Niffler (one of the adorable 'beasts' from the movie). Here are five times he raised the adorableness standards.
