Initially supposed to release on Republic Day, Padman finally hit theaters on February 9. This social drama starring Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte, and Sonam Kapoor won the hearts of the critics and the audience.

There was a lot of buzz around it and people haven't stopped raving about Frances McDormand’s portrayal of a mother who takes on the police force. The actress just won the Academy Award for Best Actress this week.
This Nana Patekar movie was in the news from the time of its announcement. Aapla Manus is the first Marathi film produced by Ajay Devgn. No wonder people were eagerly awaiting its release.
