The 34th edition of the Surajkund International Crafts Mela will kick off on Saturday, February 1. The festival promotes handloom and handicraft, bringing together artisans from across the country. Shop for clothes, shawls, accessories and home furnishing, snack on food from around the country, take the kids for joy rides and watch music, dance and other cultural performances.

The festival began in 1987. Each year, the festival highlights one state. This year, Himachal Pradesh is the focus. Uzbekistan is the “partner nation”, which means one can expect to see a representation of Uzbek culture.

When: Saturday, February 1 to Sunday, February 16, from 10.30am to 8.30pm.
