Abijit Ganguly Trying Naya Maal

Comedian Abijit Ganguly will test new ‘maal’, that is, material on the audience (not the stuff that first comes to mind).
When: Sunday, September 23 at 8 pm.
Where: BFlat Bar, 776,100 Feet Road, above Kotak Bank, Indiranagar.

Take a thrilling parasailing ride organised by Aero Adeventures. Participants are harnessed to a parachute-like wing, which is towed by a car.
When: Until September, 30, 7.30 am to 5.30 pm on the hour.
Where: Jakkur Aerodrome, Yelahanka Post, NH 7, near Deccan Aviation.


Pamper your pooch at this day-long festival, which offers pet food stalls, grooming activities, workshops and even an inflatable pool for your four-legged pals to splash about in.
When: Sunday, September 23 at 11 am.

The five-member world music band from Kolkata will play a set. Comprising Amyt Datta on guitar, Arko Mukhaerjee on vocals, Aakash Ganguly on bass, Ritoban Das on drums and Deboprotim Baksi on percussion, Ziba channels sounds from the Middle East to Bengal.
When: Saturday, September 22 at 9 pm.

Fandom x Mixtape: Pablo Valentino and Synths Back

Groove to tracks by multi-genre French music producer Pablo Valentino and the retro, synth-heavy sounds of DJ Synth Back aka Abhishek Chanda.
When: Saturday, September 22 at 8 pm.
Fandom, First Floor, Gilly`s Redefined, 100ft Road, next to Ezone, opposite Sukh Sagar, Koramangala.

Jazztronics By Floyd`s Jam Band

Catch a set of jazztronica aka nu jazz, a combination of jazz and electronic music by Floyd’s Jam Band, comprising keyboardist and singer Floyd Santimano, Shrey Sinha on guitar and vocals, Avik Lahiri on bass and vocals and drummer Shivam.
When: Saturday, September 22 at 6 pm.

‘Lights Out’

A couple and their friends are compelled to take action when they witness a horrific incident taking place outside their home. In the process, attitudes towards violence against women are revealed. The English play is written by Manjula Padmanabhan and directed by Pranav Patadiya.
When: Saturday, September 22 at 4 pm and 7.30 pm.
Where: Atta Galatta, 134 KHB Colony, Fifth Block, Koramangala.

‘Romeo and Juliet’

Shakespeare’s romantic comedy is performed by The Handlebards, a British touring theatre company that travels with props, costumes and everything that goes into making plays, on cycles. An all-women cast will perform ‘Romeo and Juliet’ in English.
When: Saturday, September 22 and Sunday, September 23 at 3 pm and 6.30 pm.
Where: Jagriti Theatre, Varthur Road, Ramagondanahalli, Whitefield.
