If you love trying out different cuisines, you wait in line to visit a new restaurant in its opening week, and your credit card bill shows maximum expenses towards eating out, well, you are a foodie. Now here's an event the food connoisseur in you just won't be able to say no to. Chef Claude Bosi will be taking over the kitchen at Upstairs at Indian Accent and here's why you need to book a seat for this rare dining experience.

French food with local ingredients

Chef Claude Bosi's tasting menu includes dishes like Kanyakumari crab and a mushroom custard which is served with coconut and curry. While the dishes remain true to the French cuisine, he has incorporated local flavors to provide an out-of-the-world culinary experience.

Taste food by a 2 Michelin stars chef

After holding two 2 Michelin stars for Hibiscus in London, Bosi took over the historic Bibendum restaurant and earned 2 more Michelin stars within months of its opening. It’s not every day that such an acclaimed chef visits the country, so make the most of this opportunity.

A special tasting menu

For this pop-up, Chef Claude Bosi has carefully curated the menu to suit the palette of Indian diners. Even if you are a vegetarian, worry not as he has plenty of options in store for you.

Costs a fraction of a ticket to Paris

While the French capital is known to be a gastronomical delight, you can try some fabulous French food at a very reasonable price at this pop-up. For just INR 3000 you get a seven-course meal and with INR 2000 more, you get six, yes, SIX glasses of wine.

Dine at one of the best restaurants in the country

Indian Accent has won accolades for its innovative menu and tremendous service. Upstairs at Indian Accent is a cozy dining space that hosts international chefs, and features adventurous new menus by Chef Manish Mehrotra. A meal at this plush restaurant can never be less than mind-blowing.

Still recovering from the wonderfully curated chef's special 9 course menu dinner we had at #UpstairsAtIndianAccent by 2 Michelin starred chef @claudebosi1. The dishes were carefully paired with the best selection of wines by @madamelacave @lacaveindia. Here are my favourite picks – the mushroom custard, coconut and curry paired with the domaine laroche chablis saint martin; the beetroot terrine, feta cheese and passion fruit paired with domaine schlumberger, reisling 'les princes abbes'; the river sole a la grenobloise paired with leeuwin estate 'prelude vineyards' chardonnay; and szechuan pepper parfait with pineapple being the perfect dessert to end this meal with. • #indianaccent #chefspecial #tastingmenu #michelinstar #winepairing #ninecourse #greatfood #gorgeousplating
