Everything You Need To Know About Remo

The REMOntic comedy releases on the 7th of October, 2016 and going by the trailer, it looks like it is going to be an out-and-out comedy entertainer.

Cast: Sivakarthikeyan, Keerthy Suresh

Direction: Bakkiyaraj Kannan

Music: Anirudh Ravichander

The lead actor, Sivakarthikeyan, who started off his career with hosting reality shows on TV, has come a long way. He may be only four years and 10 films old in the industry but he is all set to give a tough fight to some big Tamil films such as AL Vijay’s multi-starrer trilingual Devi(L) and the Vijay Sethupathi starrer Rekka. Remo releases on the same day as some big Malayalam films such as Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan and Mammootty starrer Thoppil Joppan. Remo has some really peppy numbers and has managed to create quite a buzz, thanks to the talented and young musician Anirudh, the music director of the popular Why This Kolaveri Di.

The trailer of Remo crossed over 2.5 million views under two days and this is a clear indication of Sivakarthikeyan's popularity! The trailer starts off with Sivakarthikeyan wanting to become a superstar and have a big banner like Rajinikanth at Sathyam Theatre. A meeting with the amazing director K  Ravikumar inspires Sivakarthikeyan’s character to transform into a lady nurse, who gets hit on by men and occasionally beats up bad guys. The ease and confidence with which Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of a lady nurse is commendable and it is sure to keep us all entertained tomorrow, when the movie hits the theatres.
