Background & Story
After directing two National Award winning films John & Jane and Miss Lovely, Director Ashim Ahluwalia is now back with a crime film on the life of one of India’s most dreaded gangsters, Arun Gawli. Daddy stars Arjun Rampal in the lead, who is often criticised for his acting skills. This time, however, the actor is going to shut all the critics up with his powerful presence and acting chops as is evident from the hard hitting trailer.

What to Expect
With Arjun Rampal having put a great deal of effort into getting into the character's skin, this is going to be a path breaking film for the actor’s career. With his perfect Marathi accent and his surprising physical transformation, this edgy and intense character will surely be impressive.
Also, Bollywood has not seen such a biopic for the longest time now. Considering our voyeuristic tendencies, especially with respect to the life of gangsters and celebrities, Daddy is going to be one hell of an experience.
