Well, it’s that time of the year when you chalk out a new year party plan and make some false resolutions. Hurray to that! You sift through tons of year end articles telling you what to do and what not to in the coming year. Most of these read “lose x pounds in this year” and in our honest yet humble opinion, weight-loss goals are pretty ineffective to sustain in the long run. So let’s try something else. Instead of drastically changing your diet and cutting out on your favorite junk food, we take a look a some performance goals to help you shift your focus from the outcome to the process. So plan already!
Well, to be honest, you’ve got a slim chance with this one since this is one of the most difficult exercise to master. Experts have tried and failed. But you are a champion, aren’t you? Go for it!
