Workouts are a must for her but she opts to dance when gym is not on her mind.
Eat moderately, swim daily – Sonam Kapoor
Not exactly daily, but Sonam Kapoor is a fan of swimming in general and swims whenever she gets time. She snacks on nuts and dry fruits and keeps a check on her sugar and salt intake.

As is the title of her fitness series, the same is the mantra of her life. She says it's important to have discipline when it comes to working out and diet but she also recommends one to have rest. A 7-8 hour sleep is a must according to her. She never feels guilty if she eats more or alters her diet, she just works out and burns them extra calories gained.

The actress who is known for her curvaceous body, keeps it vegan. No dairy products, no egg, no meat but a lot of fruits and vegetables. Yoga and kick-boxing have been a very important part of her fitness regime as well.
