Ramadan is just a week away and it's going to be that time of the year again when your diet is going to go for a toss. Not only will you be indulging in a lot of fried food but you're also going to be eating at odd times too, so we'd suggest, whatever you are eating during Ramadan, make sure it's healthy. Since there is still one week to go, make the most of it and have all your favorites. Here's a list of food you shouldn't miss eating before the holy month of Ramadan begins.
Chips is your ultimate savior when you want to snack but you don't really get a 4 pm snack time when you're fasting. So eat as many packets of chips you want in the coming week before you stop them for a month.
We all know how hard it is to live without our daily 10 (12?) cups of tea. While you may not have to stop entirely, you may only get a chance to have two cups of tea, at the most. Now would be the time to hold your cup tightly.
We'd suggest you stay away from this as much as you can. Although this is an evening snack, you do not want to fast with an upset stomach or risk the chances of falling sick when you cannot eat or drink any medicine.
The more spicy food you have, the more it is going to make you feel thirsty. So try sticking to food that will not make your throat burn throughout the day and allow your roza pass with ease. Bland to mildly spicy food is a good option.
All you soda lovers, make sure that you don't have too much soda during Ramadan. It will dehydrate you and it also contains too much of sugar, which is not very good for the body.
