Is it just me or does the brand ‘Disney’ itself signify a worth-watching family movie; because this one was just about that.
This movie was all about four guinea pigs who are supposed to get incorporated into the FBI but have not been proven to be worth it, yet. Their big break comes in when they have to get incriminating data about a man called Saber who is almost a world leader in manufacturing electrical items. Saber has installed a small micro-chip in all its products and informs all the customers that this chip will now start working on an intelligent basis using a technology called ‘SaberSense’ which is bound to revolutionize appliances.
The team of guinea pigs, soon to be self-named as the G-Force, break into Saber’s house and at a very great risk download the truth behind the microchip installations. The microchip is now realized as a way to achieve world domination through a project codenamed ‘ClusterStorm’. However, the downloaded data is somehow corrupted and they are left with no proof at all. The guinea pigs now become fugitives and at the same time try to stop Saber from achieving world domination on the appliances front. Little do they know the surprise that is in store for them.
The movie has actually been targeted at a younger generation though I feel that the kids may find the whole movie a tad too techie to comprehend. The storyline is a smooth sailing and action-packed affair with loads of humorous dialogues to keep you rolling over the floor laughing. If you love animation movies, I definitely think it to be a must-go. If not, maybe this movie will change your perception about animated flicks.
Go ahead and give them company while they try to save us from being dominated by our own appliances!
