3) MUNDIYAN TU BACH KE RAHI
Having enjoyed the POP GOD status amongst all songs of those times, this track which featured Jay-Z in a special appearance is till date the much-needed rehab to those craving some Punjabi beats!
4) GUR NAAL ISHQ MITHA
Admired all over the world as a favorite, this song by Bally Sagoo was THE love song of the 90s. It made people fall in love and make-up after a heartbreak too. Till date, you’ll see people breaking into the signature step of this song as soon as it is on!
5) TUNAK TUNAK TUN
If there is one song can make an entire family break into an entertaining dance routine, then it is the 'Tunak Tunak Tun' composition by Daler Mehndi. And yes, this song too is 20 years old. Feeling old? Just play it and you’ll be just fine!
6) KUDI NE MERA DIL LUTEYA
With lyrics that can never grow old, however old the song does, this composition by Jazzy-B has been iconized and idolized by music lovers since 2004. A number you’d ideally catch in your Friday pub crawl, it has been adopted in various versions and remixed several times to match up to the pace of the generation!
7) BULLA KI JAANA
With the magic of Sufi music being reinvented with every year, this Rabbi Shergill composition can never go out of vogue even if it wanted to! You may remember listening to it during those somber moments; truly, it’s anything but that!
8) OH HO HO HO
Yeah, when you can’t remember any of the words in a song, this is your go-to number. Composed by Sukhbir, this song can always be found on most party and wedding playlists. After all, when you can’t lip-sync anything else, you can always bank on ‘Oh ho ho ho', right?
9) SAUDA KHARA KHARA
Yet another Sukhbir number that makes the cut on this list is ‘Sauda Khara Khara’. Even if you don’t get the lyrics, the beats are enough; and just in case the beats aren’t enough, you could try and gather a group of friends and re-create the video. That’d be real entertainment!
10) ARI ARI
A hybrid of R&B, Hip Hop and Bhangra-influenced vocal, this song, a collaboration of cultures, broke all records when it was first released. Till date, this song manages to qualify as one of the must-haves at a dance party.
