Happy Birthday KJo!

Filthy rich families, puja thalis, picture perfect characters (not a blemish on their faces or a strayed hair), lots of crying and happy endings, Rahul-like names – welcome to the larger than life world of Karan Johar. Director, writer, producer, reality show judge and now even a full-fledged actor, his cap is brimming with feathers of achievements. Witty, charming, elite, sophisticated, warm, friendly – all these adjectives perfectly describe this man who will bring in his 44th birthday today. Karan Johar is blessed with the gift of the gab and on his show Koffee with Karan, he brews the freshest and dirtiest celebrity secrets. He is the perfect grapevine material and yet can handle jokes on himself. Being associated with India’s first roast show, he was surrounded with controversies and criticism, yet he unapologetically and unabashedly continues to be what he is. On his birthday, we would like to shoot 5 Questions, some from his own show, to see how he would respond.

Q1: At gunpoint if you were forced to have a gay encounter with someone from the industry, who would you choose?

Haha, Karan the tables have turned for the best.

Q2: If you were stranded on an island with Rakhi Sawant, what would happen?

Q3: Kill – Hook up – Marry

Options: Ram Gopal Verma, Kamaal R Khan and Anurag Kashyap.

Q4: When will you start making realistic films?

Since most of his films are straight out of a dream. He is easily one of the most successful directors in the country, and should happily take such a risk.

Q5: When are you going to get married?

We wonder if he is following Salman’s footsteps

We wish Karan Johar a very happy birthday and all the best for his future endeavors!
