Resolution: Will hit the hit gym 5 times a week
Excuse: "Par aaj toh gym bandh tha. Next year now."
Resolution: Cheat only once a week.
Excuse: But mom's not home for three days. No option but to eat out.
Resolution: Have to lose weight. Keep that diet going.
Excuse: But everyone said i look too thin. I think I can eat something nice today.
Resolution: Not going to drink as often as I did last year.
Excuse: But it's my best friend's birthday today! And then boss is taking us out tomorrow. And what about that cocktail party the day after? Not possible this year.
Resolution: This year I am going to make sure I get good sleep for myself.
Excuse: How can I miss that football match at 3am? Not today.
