The English movie, Don't Breathe, which is currently running in theaters is hailed as the best thriller of the last two decades. The film does have some spine-chilling moments and is making loads of money at the box office. When it comes to Bollywood movies, very few thrillers have managed to scare the audience. In the recent past, it was only Sujoy Ghosh’s Kahaani that kept the viewers hooked till the end. This week, though, the film Pink is set to release and the trailer looked very intriguing. Backed by Shoojit Sircar, it stars Amitabh Bachchan and Tapsee Pannu. Very little is known about the plot and you’ll have to wait till Friday to watch the drama unfold. Urmila Matondkar’s performance in this 1999 thriller can be regarded as one of the best of her career. She was absolutely brilliant as a psychopath who kills unsuspecting, innocent people. Kaun was made by Ram Gopal Varma and Anurag Kashyap, and we can’t help but wonder if we will ever get another Kaun from them.

Starring Madhuri Dixit and Jackie Shroff, 100 Days was a psychological thriller that released in 1991. The protagonist gets visions of her sister's death and the reveal of the murderer towards the end. It shocked everyone.

Gupt: The Hidden Truth
