Summer’s almost here and the month of March brings with it a collection of new and exciting films, which will hit theatres over the course of the month. While we’re still not over 2018’s big releases – PadmaavatPad Man, and Black Panther – and this month, too, has plenty of movies we are looking forward to. Here’s a list of March’s biggest releases from Bollywood, Hollywood and regional cinema.




Ajay Devgn is back in the ‘hero’ avatar and this time, he is an income tax officer, carrying out a non-stop raid at the mansion of the most powerful man in Lucknow. Ileana D’Cruz and Saurabh Shukla also star in the drama thriller, which is set to release on March 16.


Veteran actress Rani Mukherji is back on screen after a four-year hiatus. She will be seen playing an aspiring teacher suffering from Tourette syndrome in her upcoming family drama, releasing on March 23. The trailer has increased our expectations and this is certainly the movie to watch this month.

Baaghi 2

Tiger Shroff is back doing what he does best – mind-blowing action. And joining him on screen for the first time is his rumored girlfriend, Disha PataniManoj BajpayeeRandeep HoodaArmaan Kohli, and Vijay Raaz will also be seen in this Ahmed Khan film, releasing on March 30.



Pacific Rim Uprising

The conflict between monsters of mass destruction and human-piloted super-machines was only a prelude to the all-out assault on humanity in the sequel to Pacific RimJohn Boyega stars in this one, alongside Scott Eastwood and Rinko Kikuchi. The movie releases on March 23.

Sherlock Gnomes

Your favorite gnomes are back on March 23! Following a series of garden gnome disappearances, Gnomeo and Juliet seek the help of legendary detective Sherlock Gnomes in solving the mystery. Don't miss this movie in theatres. 




Nirup Bhandari and Avantika Shetty star alongside Arya and Ravi Shankar P. in this Kannada drama. While Nirup and Avantika play lovers, Arya will don a charismatic and powerful personality, while Ravi Shankar is an eccentric character. Watch the film in theatres on March 23 to know more.

Rangasthalam 1985

A Telugu historical drama directed by Sukumar, this film stars Ram Charan Teja and Samantha Akkineni in prominent roles. Besides, Prakash RajJagapati BabuAadhi, and Amit Sharma also make appearances. Catch this movie in theatres on March 29.


This Malayalam drama film stars Kalidas JayaramKunchacko Boban, and Meera Jasmine in prominent roles, with Manju Warrier also making an appearance. Catch the film, directed, produced, and written by Abrid Shine in theatres on March 15.

Sajjan Singh Rangroot

Set during the World War I, this Punjabi war drama recounts the story of a legion of Indian soldiers who were recruited to fight on foreign soil, while being told through the perspective of the lion-hearted Sajjan Singh, played by Diljit Dosanjh. The movie releases on March 23.
