One is well aware of the fact that the Hindi film fraternity is no less than a family. While some celebrities have their share of animosity, many are actually amicable. Finding actors and directors who support each other is no longer a rare phenomenon. This stands true even for directors who make very different cinema than each other. One such example would be that of KJo and Anurag Kashyap's camaraderie. The two, who initially hated each other, went on to eventually have their own little bromance when they shot together for Bombay Talkies. Since then, the two have been like a house on fire.
Recently, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap publicly announced his support towards Karan Johar, whose recent venture Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is facing trouble following the COEAI's decision to stall movies featuring Pakistani artists. Taking to his Twitter account, Kashyap voiced his opinions in a series of tweets; the first of which read: "The World must learn from us.. We solve all our problems by blaming it on movies and banning it. #ADHM. With you on this @karajohar"

He went on to tweet at the Prime Minister asking him about his trip to Pakistan last year. The tweets read:
"@narendramodi Sir you haven't yet said sorry for your trip to meet the Pakistani PM.. It was dec 25th. Same time KJo was shooting ADHM? Why?"
"@narendramodi why is it that we have to face it while you can be silent??"
"@narendramodi I am just trying to understand the situation because I am actually dumb and I don't get it. Sorry if you feel offended.."
We hope to have an #AeDilKiDiwali on the 28th of this month.
