Story & Background:
Prawaal Raman's upcoming horror film, Dobaara: See Your Evil, is the story of siblings, Natasha (Huma Qureshi) and Kabir Merchant (Saqib Saleem), who investigate an allegedly haunted mirror in their parents' home. The film also traces their emotional journey as the have to cope with the death of their parents.

In an interview, Actress Huma Qureshi revealed that the film is an official remake of the 2013 film, Oculus. In order to Indianize the film, the main characters were altered to some extent.

Dobaara - BookMyShow

Best known for films like Darna Mana Hai (2003) and 404: Error Not Found (2011), director Prawaal Raman explained in an interview why Dobaara: See Your Evil is set in London. According to him, bringing out the isolation factor would have been a challenge had he set the film in India, given that there are always neighbors or way too many people around.

Besides real-life siblings, Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem, the film also stars Lisa Ray and Adil Hussain. Ray plays a woman who has given up her career in order to be a good wife to her husband (played by Hussain). Her husband has a loving relationship with her. However, she begins to suspect that he is having an affair when he starts behaving strangely.
