Background & Story

In this digital age, Tanuja Chandra, known for making thrillers like Sangarsh and Dushman, brings a fresh story; a story taking shape in the lives of many people. Qarib Qarib Singlle sheds light on online dating through the journey of two people – Jaya and Yogi – who set out on a trip together after meeting on a dating app.

While Yogi has a flamboyant and lively personality, Jaya seems calm, composed, and in need of closure. Throughout the movie, they explore RishikeshBikaner and Gangtok while indulging in several crazy yet hilarious acts. Their time together gives them the chance to get to know each other better and retrospect their past relationships. Amidst the usual filmy incidents like missing trains and taxis, the two continuously fight, abuse and eventually reconcile at the end. But will they become soul mates? Book your tickets here to discover this strange, unusual, yet adorable love story.

What to Expect?

Irrfan Khan never lets you down. The man has this quirky sense of humor that never fails to impress. After delivering the sleeper hit Hindi Medium earlier this year, fans have been waiting with bated breath to see Irrfan romancing on screen in this bindaas avatar. Parvathy, who has made a name down South, will be the one to watch out for.

Apart from the chemistry between these two talented leads, the trailer boasts of superior cinematography and editing, considering the scenic locations. The music of the film seems situational and we hope it just complements the narrative, leaving us all travelers in this romantic expedition. There’s also Neha Dhupia to add the required glamor. This film seems a complete package that you should not miss at any cost.

The film is all set to release on November 10. Do not forget to book your tickets here and stay tuned for Qarib Qarib Singlle’s BMS Review.
