Here’s what makes Salman Khan films a runaway hit!

From being the chocolate boy to nobody to one of the highest paid actors in Bollywood, Salman Khan has evolved into a Superstar. So much so that today his name is a genre in itself! A Godfather for many, Bhai for some, his films are declared as blockbusters even before their releases. From Wanted in 2009 to Kick in 2014, he has been on a roller coaster ride of blockbusters (Except Jai Ho ofcourse).
This made us wonder what’s the secret behind his super success? We did some digging and came across 7 formulae that are consistently implemented in all of Khan’s films:
Hatke merchandise:
Bandana (Wanted), Aviator Sunglasses (Dabaang), Scarf (Ek Tha Tiger) and the latest one – the Bajrangi pendant (Bajrangi Bhaijaan), Khan surely knows how to make his characters look unique!
Catchy songs:
From Le Le Mazza Le to Selfie Le Le Re, Bhai’s films have entertained us with rollicking song tracks. There may be a story missing, but super catchy songs are a must!
Full Power one-liners
You are lying if you haven’t heard your dramatic friend or some Bollywood fanatic mimic his one liners. Here are the famous ones:
Quirky dance steps
Hud Hud Dabaang, Dhinka Chika and Jumme Ki Raat were not only superhit songs but were also loved for their eccentric yet entertaining dance steps!
One shirtless scene = Paisa Vasool!
Need we say more?
Whistle-worthy action scenes
Logic doesn’t apply to Salman Khan’s action scenes. Every time the star throws a punch, the theatres witness an uproar of taalis and seetees!
Being people’s hero
We don’t know if you’ve noticed, but the actor sometimes directly speaks to the camera (i.e audience) in his movies. Very Rajnikanth style!
So gear up people as Sabki Aan, Sabki Shaan, Sabka ek hi Bhaijaan is coming to meet you this Eid. Let the countdown for Bajrangi Bhaijaan begin…!
