Bollywood is famous all over the world for its timeless romance movies. While some actors like Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are synonymous with romantic films, there are moments when the casting of a romance film has left us stunned. And yet, these movies have rekindled our faith in love. Very few Hindi films have explored romance amongst old couples. Here are a few examples where Bollywood has proven that you can never be too old for love:


Set in the backdrop of Varanasi, this family drama explores changing relationships between a middle-aged couple. When Kiran Batra decides to leave the house, her husband Yashwant is apathetic to her feelings. But when he feels her absence in the house, he decides to woo her back with a display of affection he has never shown in his entire life.

When six newly-married couples honeymoon together, there is likely to be a good dose of romance, comedy, and drama. This might seem like a typical Bollywood movie where a man and woman hate each other in the beginning and fall in love eventually. Love never gets old and nobody is too old to love.
