PREDICTION FOR ‘BROTHERS’

Now, this one’s an official remake of the 2011 Hollywood film Warrior.

The industry as well as the trade is abuzz with the film becoming a hot property going by its stylish promos. But the big questions are – whether the film will be able to do justice to the original, and will director Karan Malhotra deliver another hit after Agneepath (2012)?

Our in-house expert and ace astro-numerologist Bhavikk Sangghvi predicts the fate of this Dharma Productions, Endemol India and Fox Star Studios joint production:

“The title BROTHERS adds up to Number 30 – this octave of Number 3 (Jupiter) is neither fortunate nor unfortunate. It indicates strong mental faculties of a person. But that person will have the tendencies to put all materials things on one side – not because one has to, but because they wish to do so. Hence, this number can be powerful or indifferent depending upon the will or desire of that person” explains Bhavikk.

“As per the numerological meaning derived and its striking resemblance to the plot line of the film about two brothers who hate each other (due to the situations that come across) and confront each other in a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) competition is a good coincidence, but will appeal only to those who like watching the action-drama genre with bloodshed (although with a strong emotional base)” predicts Bhavikk.

“Having said that, the release date of the film 14th August 2015 is a day primarily ruled by Number 5 (Mercury) which happens to be Akshay Kumar’s (9th September 1969) destiny number (sum total of his date of birth). No prizes for guessing the star presence will ensure a strong initial weekend. Not to mention a powerful act” he adds.

“Although he will do a good job, fellow actor Sidharth Malhotra (16th January 1985) will get a bit overshadowed in comparison to our much experienced ‘khiladi’ Kumar especially in the action sequences”.

“As for the leading lady Jacqueline Fernandez (11th August 1985), she will also deliver an earnest performance; but may not have a significant role to play. In a strong character role of the father Jackie Shroff (1st February 1957) will create the much desired impact that will be effective on screen”.

“Last but not the least; for producers Karan Johar (25th May 1972) and Vijay Singh (Fox Star); it will prove to be a collaboration which may not pack a ‘punch’ (pun intended), at the box office as the business will remain restricted” signs off Bhavikk on a clear note.
