Now after last week’s ‘Madras Café’, here’s one more political thriller – but this one reflects the uprising of the middle class against a corrupt and an unjust system.
Will director Prakash Jha be able to successfully bring about a ‘revolution’ at the box office (read collections) with the help of a tight script and its ensemble cast ?.
Our in-house expert and ace astro-numerologist Bhavikk Sangghvi predicts the fate of this UTV production:
“The title ‘SATYAGRAHA’ is adding up to Number 22 – an octave of Number 4 (Rahu) which is symbolized as a good person who lives in dreams and illusion under the influence of others and who awakens only when surrounded by danger. It is also a number of false judgments. As a number in connection with future events; its warning and meaning should be carefully noted” explains Bhavikk.
“As per the numerological meaning derived, this one may turn out to be a case of a very well made film which may underperform purely if looked at from the business point of view, but as far as critical acclaim is concerned, it will be praises galore from all quarters” predicts Bhavikk.
‘Also, as the release date of the film – 30th August 2013 is a day primarily ruled by Number 3 (Jupiter) – the planet of wealth and prosperity and that should help the film mainly recover its cost”.
“As far as the performances go, the year 2013 which adds up to Number 6 (Venus) is likely to prove lucky for most Number 3, 6, 8 and 9 people, places, dates, names etc. and Kareena Kapoor Khan (21st September 1980), Arjun Rampal (26th November 1972) and Amrita Rao (17th June 1981) all fall in to this bracket directly” he adds.
“No prizes for guessing these 3 actors will be appreciated for doing an earnest job with their respective roles”.
“Plus, director Prakash Jha (27th February 1952) and producer Ronnie Screwvala (8th June) also come under this bracket which means the talented duo will deliver a solid product” he adds further.
“Besides this, Numbers 1, 2, 4 and 7 are considered to be a ‘family’ of numbers and Amitabh Bachchan (11th October 1942), Ajay Devgn (2nd April 1969) and co-producer Siddharth Roy Kapur (2nd August 1974) all come under this category”.
“Without a doubt, both the actors will give superlative performances and in the scenes where they share screen space together, they will simply be livewire”.
“Last but not the least, Manoj Bajpayee (23rd April 1969) an otherwise powerhouse actor may get a bit of overshadowed this time as he will have to share the glory with other equally good and more popular actors”.
“In short, this film which talks about ‘democracy under fire’ will appeal only to those who like watching thought provoking and realistic cinema” signs off Bhavikk on a clear cut note.
