It is now commonly known that if a movie stars Ayushmann KhurranaRajkummar Rao, or Pankaj Tripathi, it’s worth watching. These actors have consistently delivered stunning performances and are just as adored as the bigwigs of Bollywood. In recent times, Tripathi was lauded for his performance on Sacred Games while Ayushmann’s Dream Girl is having a dream run in the box office. And now, Rajkummar returns to the big screen after his fabulous stint in Judgementall Hai Kya. In the upcoming film titled Made in China, Rajkummar Rao is seen playing a middle-aged Gujarati businessman whose entrepreneurial journey from a handicraft dealer to a millionaire is full of comical situations.

Raghu Mehta (Rajkummar), like any typical Gujarati man, wishes to be an entrepreneur. He seeks advice from his mentor who reveals to him a truth that all entrepreneurs know but will never admit – that the customer is not King and that Raghu must find the key to his customers’ inner needs and desires. Raghu’s pursuit for success takes him to China, where he meets a supplier who wishes to sell a “soup” which is essentially a sexual performance enhancer. Raghu returns with the product to India, where he pitches it to a famous sexologist. Together, they sell the product to scores of patients for every medical issue they might face. Their profits make them richer and Raghu becomes the star he always dreamed to be.

The trailer of Made in China promises a roller coaster ride of fun and entertainment. Joining Rajkummar in the cast are Paresh Rawal as his mentor, Boman Irani as the sexologist, Mouni Roy who plays his wife, and Gajraj Rao in an unknown role. Sumeet Vyas is also set to star in the comedy entertainer.
