The firsts are always special, aren’t they? The first films, the first songs, the first dialogues and the first time we see magic taking place on screen. We’re taken back to where it all started when we remember the firsts. The firsts are always beautiful and hold a special place in hearts.
We can clearly see how far actors have come from their very first scene? Who knew that Amitabh Bachchan would still be working after his first-ever screen appearance in Saat Hindustani in the year 1969?
Saat Hindustani was the movie Amitabh Bachchan entered the industry with. Amitabh Bachchan’s first ever scene saw a tall handsome man reading a newspaper. This was his first ever dialogue.
“Arrey Hema bhai zara yeh toh padhiye”
King Khan entered the industry with a movie called Deewaana starring Rishi Kapoor and Divya Bharti. His first scene is a song on which he is riding a bike and accidentally hits Divya Bharti and says this:
“Maine toh aapse aapka bangla, aapkki daulat, yeh sab toh nahi maanga tha na?”
3. Salman Khan
Salman Khan literally danced his way to the big screen and our hearts. Bhai made his debut with a movie called Biwi Ho Toh Aisi, which also starred Rekha. These were the first ever words told by our main man:
Aarti tum, tumne music kyun band kar diya?
Nawab entered Bollywood alongside Aamir Khan, Sunil Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Vinod Khanna in a movie called Parampara. His first words were followed after an elaborate song sequence:
“Haan dekhte hai”
5. Aamir Khan
We all know he entered with the song ‘Papa Kehte Hai’ in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak which was a modern day Romeo and Juliet.
Sabse pehle toh shukriya sabhi second year students ka jinho ne hum third year students ke liye yeh party rakhi hai.
6. Akshay Kumar
The Khiladi of Bollywood made his debut in 1991 with Saugandh alongside Shantipriya. As expected, his first shot sees him in a fight.
Ek aurat bali nahi chada sakti. Yeh mandir hai
7. Ranbir Kapoor
Our Rockstar’s first lines ever were “Kal mera show hai”. And if you go and see, Ranbir has always been up for new experiments with his movies till date.
Aur ek glass doodh dena, brother.
If you don’t love this guy already, maybe his first ever dialogue will be another reason to! He entered with a song and well, his first lines include doing some jugaad for biryani.
“Ispe garam hone se nahi milegi biryani”
9. Irrfan Khan
The first time this talented man appeared on screen was in Salaam Bombay. A very young Irrfan Khan was seen as a letter writer. These were his first lines:
Pujia mataji, charan sparsh. Yahan sab khushal hai asha hai ki aap bhi khushal ho.
10. Sanjay Dutt
Bollywood owned this bad boy after he weaved magic on the big screen with Rocky. A young Sanju baba with such beautiful hair and loads of swag.
Haan aaya Dad
Chi Chi Bhaiya was quite cute back then! Govinda made his debut with a movie called Tan Badan in 1986. No, we’re not kidding.

12. Suniel Shetty
Suniel Shetty made his debut with a movie conveniently named Balwaan. The man showed off his muscles in his first scene only! This is why there is no one who can pull it off like he does!
Iss dil vil ke chakar mein main nahi padhta baba!
He made his debut as a sperm donor in Vicky Donor and the first shot saw him sleeping and say
“Arrey yaar aur sone do”
14. Hrithik Roshan
Our very own Greek God entered the industry with a dream sequence/song in Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. And he goes and wakes up Amit, his younger brother.
Aye Amit, chal chal uth jaa yaar, varna school ke liye late ho jaayengey.
15. Ajay Devgn
The coolest entry Bollywood has ever seen! Ajay Devgn had entered on two bikes and saved a guy after he got bullied. So much swag!
