Vineeth Sreenivasan is a heartthrob of every new-gen Malayalee. It is not just because he has the quintessential celebrity style or looks that normally people prefer to follow, but for the multiple talents that he possesses. For some, he is their favorite filmmaker, for some, he is their favorite singer and for some, he is their favorite actor. This year, he is concentrating more on his acting innings. In February, we saw him in Aby. The film was well-received, especially for his acting and was rated as his best performance till now. His second release of the year, Oru Cinemakkaran is expected to release on Eid. Vineeth will be playing the role of an aspiring filmmaker who wants to make it big in Mollywood. The film is not entirely related to the movies, but certain incidents that affect his life is what takes the story forward. The trailer that was released on June 3rd has given us enough reasons to watch this film. Here are our three reasons to watch this movie.

Vineeth – The Actor!

Vineeth has always said that acting-wise he doesn’t have much ambition. It is something that he does in between the movies he wants to make. So it is clear that he takes his own sweet time to choose a script as it’s not on his priority list. Maybe, this incompetency is what makes his films better than the majority of the films that we see. Being a filmmaker himself, the role of an aspiring filmmaker would have been a cakewalk for him. In the trailer, he looks so natural as Alby and we are definitely looking forward to this one.

LJ Films

Lal Jose is one of the most celebrated filmmakers in Malayalam film industry. He started his own production and distribution company named LJ Films in 2012. Since then, his company has associated with more than 15 films and almost every film turned out to be a superhit. And now, the company has become a successful brand among the Malayalees audience as they have the assumption or rather believe, that “if it’s LJ Films, then the movie will be good”.

The Starcast

Rajisha Vijayan, who recently won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress 2016 for the film Anuraga Karikkin Vellam is the female lead. The other major cast includes Renji Panicker, Lal, Anusree, Jacob Gregory and Vijay Babu. And all of them have pivotal roles in the film. We are sure that this one will a perfect festive movie.
