Entourage: Film Review – Bromance you can’t afford!

Taking bromance to a whole new level, Entourage will entertain the fans of the series. With swanky cars, luxury yachts and gorgeous women, Entourage makes for a fun watch. At times, it’ll remind you of The Wolf of Wall Street. Though the puns are a little overdone and at times, unfunny, the film holds on firmly to the plot.

Producer Mark Wahlberg’s Entourage is a lavish affair. Kevin Dillon is the star of the show. Every time he appears, he will make you laugh. The film revolves around Vince’s (Adrian Grenier) endeavor as a director for a big-budget movie. However, trouble comes in the form of the film’s investors Texas tycoons Billy Bob Thornton and Haley Joe Osment. Besides, Kevin Dillon as Johnny Drama, it was Ari Gold played by Jeremy Piven, who gave the most entertaining performance. His acting is energetic, fun and full of life. Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly and Jerry Ferrara also played their part of the bad boys gang pretty well!

The film also has quite a few A-list cameos, which includes Liam Neeson, Calvin Harris, Jessica Alba and Pharrell Williams. Not bad, huh? Excuse the ladies. The female actors, Emmanuelle Chriqui and Constance Zimmer are completely wasted in the film.

There isn’t much of a story in Entourage. Things are just happening and punchlines are just thrown around. Though the film will be loved by the fans of the series, there isn’t much in store for a regular movie goer.

Why should you watch the film?

If your idea of a fun film is shiny expensive cars, scantily-clad women and lowbrow puns, Entourage will definitely keep you entertained.  Also, if you’re a die-hard fan of Mark Wahlberg, don’t miss out on the film.
