Shailene Woodley’s Top 5 Films to Watch as she Turns 25

Happy birthday to Shailene Woodley, one of Hollywood's freshest and prettiest faces, who hits the quarter century mark today. Beauty queen at only 25, she kicked off her career through commercial modeling, when she was only four years old. It was only a few years before she made her screen debut in the 1999 TV movie, Replacing Dad. She then started appearing in TV shows as well, including The O.C. and the lead in The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008–13). She finally made her film debut in The Descendants. Off late, she has been so busy that she told her agent/representation that she was going camping in New Zealand, only to stay in Los Angeles, stress-free and uninterrupted for two months. What a smart girl! Today, let's have a look at her top five films so far. We're sure she has a lot to offer in the future as well.

The Descendants (2011)
This was her debut film, where she turned a lot of heads because of her brilliant performance. Pretty impressive considering she shared the screen with George Clooney.

The Fault in our Stars (2014)
Another drama film with oodles of romance, of course. Playing the role of a cancer patient, she moves you with her character.

Divergent Trilogy (2011-2013)
The trilogy comprises of three action films – Divergent, Insurgent, Allegiant, where she has ruled the screen in each.

The Spectacular Now (2013)
Another immersive role; you can almost feel exactly what she goes through as a teenager.

White Bird in a Blizzard (2014)
Another teenage drama, she plays the role of a daughter whose mother vanishes. A heartfelt performance by Shailene, yet again.
