The month of long weekends has passed and Bollywood used September to churn out big numbers on the box office. We saw a lot last month, from Ganpati Visarjans to nights of Navratri celebration. To manage the movies and celebration was a difficult task and if you missed on movies last month because of that then don't worry because we have here a list which will help you choose between the movies you must watch and the ones you can watch later.


Shubh Mangal Saavdhan
This movie revolving around erectile dysfunction is actually a lot of fun. There are numerous indirect conversations depicting a usual Indian family scenario of a marriage and some unusual scenes showing acceptance of a dysfunctional couple. It is a must watch.

Daddy starring Arjun Rampal finally released and garnered mostly positive reviews. The film traces the life of Arun Gawli who became one of India's most feared gangsters. This movie that was narrated from a different point of view impressed everyone.

Poster Boys
Another movie revolving around a below-the-belt topic was Poster Boys. This movie is a remake of Marathi movies Poshter Boyz and marks the directorial debut of Shreyas Talpade. It revolves around a poster advertisement of Vasectomy and things that followed.

Lucknow Central
Inspired by a real incident, this Farhan Akhtar 
starrer is about a man who tries to escape from Lucknow Central jail by forming a band. The movie was a perfect mix of drama, thrill, and humor. 

India's Oscar entry for this year Newton is about a no-nonsense election officer who is on duty during the elections in a conflict-ridden area of Chattisgarh. Despite all the odds and danger, Newton tries his best to conduct a fair voting. Must watch.

Judwaa 2
The remake of Salman Khan 
starrer Judwaa, Judwaa 2 is a full-on entertainer. Varun Dhawan's comic timing has been appreciated and people reminisced old memories. The families must have enjoyed their long weekend thoroughly with Judwaa 2 running in theatres. 

This horror-thriller managed to make clowns seem all the more creepy. The second adaptation of Stephen King's Novel of the same name is not only liked by the critics and audience but also by Stephen King himself. Must watch.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle
The second installment of Kingsman also released in September and it is a must watch. The movie has all the action, quirk, and style that was seen in the first installment with an addition of Channing Tatum.
