Rana Daggubati’s Swag In Nene Raju Nene Mantri Has Caught Everyone’s Attention

Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is still running to packed houses and the audience is yet to recover from its hangover. And earlier today, around 10:30 AM, Rana Daggubati treated his fans to the teaser of his upcoming film Nene Raju Nene Mantri. His look in the teaser has gone viral on the internet. Several celebrities including Karan Johar and Abhishek Bachchan appreciated his look and wished him luck. The actor plays a political leader named Jogendra. The last time he was seen playing a politician was in his debut Telugu film Leader. The actor has shed all those extra kilos that he gained for the role of Bhallaladeva. It seems that he has mastered the art of physical transformation. The film is helmed by Teja and this is his first collaboration with the actor. It's a special film for Rana as it is being made under his home banner Suresh Productions headed by his father Daggubati Suresh Babu.

In one of the interviews, the proud father said that Nene Raju Nene Mantri will be an another landmark in Rana's career and the film will bring more diversity to his acting talent. After the release of both Baahubali films, Rana’s popularity has crossed several geographical boundaries. And the makers are eyeing to cash in on his fame. Reportedly, the movie will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. The casting is also fresh as he will be romancing Kajal Aggarwal on screen for the first time. The other lead actors are Catherine Tresa and Navadeep.

The teaser shows that the film is completely different from his role in Baahubali. But there’s one thing in common, that is both the characters aspire for power and position. Looks like his Baahubali image will not leave the actor anytime soon. The film has so far crossed 1600 crore INR worldwide. The collections are expected to see an instant jump in July as the film is releasing in China. Before Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, he was seen in Ghazi Attack that was loosely based on incidents before 1971 Indo-Pak war. This one also was praised by both the audience and critics.

Undoubtedly, he is going through the best phase of his career and going by his choice of films the golden run will not come to a halt anytime soon.
