There’s no denying that Ram Charan is an epic action hero that never fails to deliver a power-packed punch. His latest film Vinaya Vidheya Rama is no exception either. With an elaborate diet plan and super intensive physical training, he is fitter than ever before and ready to deliver another action hit.

In early 2018, the actor received high praise with the mammoth success of action drama Rangasthalam. Now he is teaming up with director Boyapati Srinu for Vinaya Vidheya Rama. He will take on the role of Ram Konidela who is a member of a happy joint family until his life entirely is disrupted. Watch the trailer to know more:

The trailer features two sides of Ram Charan’s character, showing his softer side before the action-packed carnage begins. It also features Vivek Oberoi as the main antagonist and a short glimpse of Kiara Advani as the female lead. From the looks of the intense trailer, the bloodthirsty Ram’s physical power is unchallenged.

To get into the over-the-top action role in Vinaya Vidheya Rama, the actor went through a complete physical transformation. He teamed up with celebrity trainer Rakesh Udaiyara who gave him an elaborate diet and fitness plan. Ram Charan’s wife Upasana Kamineni took to Instagram to share the details of the regimen that Charan followed.

He was required to fast for 12 hours and he also had to stay away from dairy, alcohol, and red meat entirely. He followed the diet for 21 days along with an intense body transformation fitness regime to achieve a perfectly toned physique for the film.
