When the film is an action dance drama, you expect the music to be high on energy and full of peppy, groovy numbers. The music of Munna Michael, though not extraordinary, gives dance lovers enough foot-tapping songs. With 10 songs that were released by Eros Music on the occasion of World Music Day, the film brings together an array of music artists; thus giving us a wonderful concoction of talent.
A sort of tribute to the King of Pop– Michael Jackson, Munna Michael will make us fall in love with Tiger Shroff as he mesmerizes us with his smooth and killer dance moves. Here is the BMS review for Munna Michael's groovy and catchy soundtrack.
1. Main Hoon
One of the best songs in the film, it starts with Tiger Shroff’s highly charismatic dance moves stealing all our attention. A catchy number that will make you sing as well as dance on its funky beats. The highly energetic singer Siddharth Mahadevan does a fab job.
2. Ding Dang
The music, costumes, and even the dance steps will remind you of the 90’s songs featured on the hit pair – Govinda and Karishma Kapoor. Composed by Javed-Mohsin, the rap by Parry G, Shivi and Danish Sabri is equally attention grabbing.
3. Pyar Ho
The beautiful voices of Sunidhi Chauhan and Vishal Mishra define this soft, romantic number. The filming is done in the typical Bollywood style with exotic locations, good clothes and OTT choreography. The solo guitar instrumental is pleasant to the ears.
Composer-Singer Pranay teams up with Brijesh Shandaliya for Munna Michael’s Swag. The best part of this song is watching Nawazuddin Siddiqui dancing alongside Tiger Shroff. The music is decent, especially the sound of saxophone that plays throughout but the vocals disappoint as they fail to complement the peppy music.
This will remind you of ABCD’s Bezubaan. A proper dance number with adequate techno beats, Beparwaha is beautifully sung by Siddharth Basrur and Nandini Deb. Composers Gourav-Roshin do a decent job at adding a western base to the song to suit the film’s context. The choreography is one of the highlights of Beparwah.
6. Shake Karaan
A typical Meet Bros- Kanika Kapoor number, Shake Karaan will definitely make you groove but as the vocals begin the energy dies down a little. There is nothing extraordinary about the song but it has the potential to be an ultimate party number with its fusion beats and lyrics.
7. Feel The Rhythm
Though the electronic beats along with vocals create an instant dance environment for a perfect EDM party, the song will definitely remind you of Jenifer Lopez’s Waiting for Tonight. Sung by newcomer Rahul Pandey, this song is a tribute to MJ. If you are a dancer, you will love this number.
8. Beat It Bijuriya
Singers Asees Kaur and Renesa Baadchi deliver a fantastic duet in this one. Composed by Tanishk-Vayu, Beat it Bijuria is a fusion of desi and western music. Its quirky lyrics, use of instruments like shehnai and nadaswaram, make it hatke as well as appealing.
9. Pyar Ho (Redux Version)
This is a Sunidhi song and she shines throughout. Slower than the original track, this Redux version is soothing and peaceful to the ears. The soft beats in the background will just set your mood for a perfect date with your significant other.
10. Swag Rebirth
Hip hop dancers would find this song ideal for all their dance sets. To watch Tiger Shroff dance on this groovy number will be a complete treat for the audience.
