If you had to list down the best on-screen pairs in Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan – Rekha, Shah Rukh Khan – Kajol, and Ranbir Kapoor – Deepika Padukone would definitely be on your list. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, too, proved to have sizzling chemistry in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani. The filmmaker even cast them in his next movie – Padmavati, which will release on November 17 in 2017. Unfortunately, they aren't paired opposite each other though as Shahid Kapoor plays Padukone’s husband in the movie. Here are the other couples you'll get to see in Bollywood films in the new year.
Sidharth Malhotra – Jacqueline Fernandez
There were speculations that the action film they were shooting was the sequel to the Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif–starrer – Bang Bang. However, the makers denied it and announced that Siddharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez's first film together is titled Reload. The release date of Reload is August 25.
Ayushmann Khurrana – Parineeti Chopra
Parineeti Chopra hasn’t been seen on the big screen since two years. Her next film – Meri Pyaari Bindu – has her paired opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. The movie is an Aditya Chopra production and will release on May 12.
Sushant Singh Rajput – Kriti Sanon
The bond between these two co-stars was what reportedly ended SSR’s relationship with his long-time girlfriend, Ankita Lokhande. It isn't confirmed if Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon are dating or not, but the duo is set to sizzle the screen in Dinesh Vijan's directorial debut, Raabta.
Akshay Kumar – Bhumi Pednekar
This may seem like an unusual pairing but given their acting abilities, we are certain that Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar will manage to win our hearts in the film, Toilet – Ek Prem Katha. Little is known about the plot, but this June 2017 release is supposed to address a serious issue.
