Pep up your Navratri with these Bollywood Songs

There is something special about this month. The neighborhood looks colorful and bright, people are all smiles and there is the bling of festivity everywhere. Don’t you just love this feeling? This is the special time of the year when the whole country delves into the fun and frolic mood. Whether it is Durga Puja, Navratri, Dandiya or Garba, we don’t exactly need an excuse to step into the dance floor and show off our dancing skills. Yes, besides the new clothes and mouth-watering sweets, we Indians just love naach-gaana. And why not? A little bit of booty shaking adds on to the celebration mood.

Nagade Sang Dhol

This energetic track from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela is just the perfect song to start the festivities and hit the dance floor. Dholi Taro Dhol Baje

This is an all-time favorite. You can never go wrong with this song from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Beautifully sung by Kavita Krishnamurthy and Vinod Rathod, this track is an evergreen number for Navratri. And don’t forget, the song is picturized on the forever charming – Salman Khan and the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai.

Yaad Piya Ki Aane Lagi



This list is incomplete if we don’t mention the Queen of Dandiya – Falguni Pathak. Add a dash of romance and fun, with this foot-tapping track.
