After receiving great reviews and getting a standing ovation at the ‘2013 Cannes Film Festival’ and also winning the ‘Critics Week Viewer’s Choice Award’, this much talked about film is finally being ‘served’ (releasing) here.

Will director Ritesh Batra’s sweet simple story about ‘two people falling in love who have never met’ be able to tug the heart strings of our Indian audiences as well ?.
Our in-house expert and ace astro-numerologist Bhavikk Sangghvi predicts the fate of this ‘small-big’ film:
“The title ‘THE LUNCHBOX’ is adding up to Number 50 – this octave of Number 5 (Mercury) is a lucky number usually associated with combinations of people and nations. But in such cases, the person should hold to their own judgment and opinions, if not, their plans are likely to become wrecked by the stubbornness and stupidity of others. Still, it is a favourable number, if it appears in connection with future events” explains Bhavikk.
“As per the numerological meaning derived, this film with crossover appeal will win accolades and appreciation on the Indian shores as well and the business of the film will grow tremendously by strong word of mouth” predicts Bhavikk.
“Plus, the release date of the film – 20th September 2013 is a day primarily ruled by Number 2 (Moon). Since it is ruled by Number 2, it is automatically ruled by Number 7 (Ketu) as these two numbers always go hand in hand”.
“In numerology, Numbers 1, 2, 4 and 7 are considered like a ‘family’ of numbers, and all the three main actors – Irrfan Khan (7th January 1967), Nimrat Kaur (13th March 1982) and Nawazuddin Siddiqui (19th May 1974) fall in to this bracket directly”.
“No prizes for guessing the trio will deliver one of their career’s best performances and shall reap awards and rewards not only in India, but on an international level also”.
“Add to that, producer Anurag Kashyap (10th September 1972) and presenters Karan Johar (25th May 1974) and Siddharth Roy Kapur (of UTV – 2nd August 1974) also come under this category” he adds.
“For them, if there is one film which they need to send to the ‘Academy Awards’ and is truly worthy of winning an Oscar, then it’s most definitely this one”.
“In short, this tale which revolves around a mistaken delivery by a dabbawala (food service) will prove to be tasteful cinema for the viewers and everyone involved”.
