More is better Weight

Some people believe that the more work they work out, the more weight they’ll lose. Unfortunately, if you spend too much time exercising, it does more harm than good. Besides leaving you exhausted, it makes you lose muscle weight. If you are planning to burn fat, there’s no way you want that. So, keep your workout sessions anywhere between 45 to 90 minutes. Anything more than that is absolutely unnecessary.

Cardio, the way to go

If you only focus on running, cycling or other cardio-related exercises, your body will burn fewer calories after the initial workouts. So, mix it up by lifting some weights, and you’ll soon find your clothes getting loose.

Rest day. What’s that?

Also, make sure that you get enough sleep to speed up the recovery process.
