The T20 cricketing extravaganza in India started some 20 days back and it has already set fire in the stands. The league is going in its top form and this time we haven’t seen much of legendary batting performances as compared to the previous seasons. We haven’t seen A.B De Villiers kicking the bowlers, Chris Gayle hitting the ball miles out of the stadium, but we have definitely witnessed some of the great bowling action throughout the course. We guess the teams are pretty balanced but some players like Virat Kohli from Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunil Narine from Kolkata Knight Riders are not having much of their moments with bat and ball respectively.
It is definitely hard to select a team of 11 players who would perform time to time against rest of the international players, but still, we have tried our best and compiled a list of best performing players in the current IPL season to form our dream team. The batting line-up includes Gautam Gambhir from Kolkata Knight Riders who is the run machine for their side and is surely looking to get called up for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy. David Warner from Sunrisers Hyderabad, Suresh Raina from Gujarat Lions, Nitish Rana from Mumbai Indians, Robin Uthappa from Kolkata Knight Riders have also made a place for themselves in this IPL Dream Team. These batsmen have shown tremendous form in the current tournament and are getting runs and how for their respective teams.
The bowling side will be the engine of this team as they are the ones who are going to drag the wagon throughout the journey. This department includes Bhuvneshwar Kumar from Sunrisers Hyderabad who is currently in his top form, Rashid Khan from Sunrisers Hyderabad again, Glenn Maxwell from Kings XI Punjab, Hardik Pandya from Mumbai Indians, Chris Morris from Delhi Daredevils, and Umesh Yadav from Kolkata Knight Riders. It is hard to say about the rest of the matches and the course from now on as there are still some good 28 matches left in the IPL 2017 and we have seen tables turning like anything in the previous seasons.
