Our List Of Top Rated Indian Web-Series Of 2020 So Far

The year has been a washout so far. However on the OTT front, we’ve been served great content that made quarantining easier. We’ve gone ahead and made a list of Indian web-series that we loved watching in the first half of 2020. If you haven’t seen these, be sure to put them on your watchlist.

‘Aarya’

Based on the Spanish series Penoza, the series casts a lens on the drug trade in Rajasthan through the lives of a well-to-do family that falls on hard times. Sushmita Sen puts in a terrific performance as a widowed mother who’d go to any length to protect her children. Read our review here.

‘Paatal Lok’

Amazon Prime’s Paatal Lok (pictured above) is a crime drama that centers around a failed plot to assassinate a prominent journalist in Delhi. Further investigation reveals that the case is far from what it appears to the eye. ‘State Of Siege: 26/11’
